A new set of NVIDIA drivers. It's not based on the newer 30.xx series but a slightly older set namely the 29.90, the 29.xx series is very popular and perhaps this will bring you some good performance versus stability. If you try them out then let us know the result in our forums.

I've uploaded the Windows 98/ME/2000 and XP version to our file-server. The files are dated 05/31/2002 and include the NVIDIA setup utility which makes installation a breeze.

All videocards are supported from TNT to GeForce4 Ti 4600 to Quadro4 900XGL as they are reference drivers.
